Athletes can come to your school to deliver motivational assemblies, physical/mental health workshops and Business and enterprise days featuring our very own Souleyman Bah (candidate on this years The Apprentice). We can also host awards ceremonies, events, sports days etc.


A presentation where the athletes talk about their journey. Where they started, what they have achieved, personal struggles and their future goals leaving everyone with a motivational high!

What we want to achieve;

Raise aspirations.

Improve emotional wellbeing and resilience.

Character development or life skills.

Developing leadership or employability.

Improve student behaviour and attitudes to learning.

Mental Health 

A presentation focusing on different types of mental health issues young people may face, and sharing many techniques and strategies they can use to help deal with it also from a sports psychology point of view.

We want to promote; 

Positive thinking habits and developing resilience. 

Meditation and breathing exercises. 

Self belief.

Train like an athlete

Our train like an athlete workout is a great way for the kids to interact with the athlete on a more personal level. A typical workout would include a group of students participating in a 25 min Olympic level full body circuit session to not only give them a taste of a professional training session but also to be equipped with exercises they can take away that do not require equipment.
